HR/Admin Manager - Saudi Arabia

The core business of the company is to provide high-qualified engineering services for main infrastructure projects worldwide.

We are looking for HR & ADMIN Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Reporting line: Branch Manager
Location: KSA

SUMMARY: Advises and counsels line management regarding the intent and the application administration policies, investigates and recommends methods to improve human resources and general services or procedures.

Directs the human resources administration for the assigned staff which includes, but not limited to, the following: Controls payroll's accuracy, make revisions and informs related persons when necessary, conducts disciplinary investigations, prepares related administrative documents and conducts employee performance evaluations for assigned staff.

- Investigates and recommends methods to improve human resources services or procedures.

- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.

- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.

- Developing and maintaining all HR related documentation in keeping with the firm-wide standards.

- Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.

- Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.

- Coordinates activities with departments and other human resources groups within the organization

- Payroll supervision and related reports to state authorities.

- Process Permits for the project expatriate employees. Supervise required documents for application, payments and application.

- Defines plans and recommends organizational objectives, specific short-term and long-range plans; monitors progress to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.

- Synchronize the recruitment and the on boarding making sure we have all the relevant people in the right place at the right time,

- Work in collaboration with the HR Manager KSA and the recruitment team to make sure all our processes can deliver an excellent experience for candidates and client.

- Dealing with disciplinary/ grievance/ absence and implementing procedures.

- Management of staff benefits programs, including liaison with brokers and insurance providers to negotiate contracts and premiums.

- Advising on labor law and appropriate liaison with local labor counsel.

Job requirements :

- University degree from an internationally recognized university ‎in the field ‎of Economics. Preferably with a specialization in Human
Resources Management.
- More than five (5) years of experience in administration management, recruitment and payroll in big companies or corporations. Preferably in civil engineering or construction field.
